These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Replacement.com (the “Site”), operated by Sagacity Corporation (“Sagacity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational and Editorial Purpose
The Site provides replacement guidance, product and maintenance information, repair-versus-replace analysis, and related commerce. We aim to publish useful, carefully sourced material, but information can become incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
Replacement.com provides general information and may link to products or sellers. It is not a manufacturer, installer, repair professional, or guarantor of third-party products unless expressly identified as the seller on a transaction.
No Professional Advice or Emergency Service
Nothing on the Site creates a professional-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, charitable, or other special relationship. The Site is not an emergency service. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local authorities or qualified provider.
Editorial Independence and Corrections
Sagacity controls editorial selection, presentation, updating, and removal. A link, mention, quotation, compliment, complaint, question, product reference, organization profile, or other coverage does not by itself constitute endorsement, sponsorship, certification, accusation, or guarantee.
We welcome good-faith correction requests. We may request supporting evidence and decide how any correction, clarification, update, or response is presented.

You may link to public Site pages and make limited personal, noncommercial use permitted by law. No other license is granted. Do not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or exploit Site material without permission or a valid legal basis.
User Submissions
If you submit material, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You retain ownership of your material but grant Sagacity a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, edit, and publish it as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the submission and operation of the Site.
Do not submit confidential information or personal information about another person without authorization. Submission does not guarantee review, response, publication, membership, listing, or any other result.
External Services and Transactions
The Site may link to third-party websites, official resources, Shopify, Printful, sellers, charities, volunteer organizations, regulators, or other services. Sagacity does not control independent services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, security, eligibility rules, products, conduct, or transactions.
Any purchase is governed by the seller, checkout, shipping, return, refund, and product terms presented for that transaction. Unless expressly stated at checkout, a merchandise purchase is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagacity and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on Site content, third-party services, transactions, submissions, or inability to use the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sagacity harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or material you submit.
Changes and Severability
We may modify the Site or these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Sagacity Corporation is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
